What is Equersa?
Equersa supports conferences by creating a joint organising committee and providing opportunities for volunteers to improve their skills, raise their profile, and work in a safe space.
We have created a joint organising committee, while the co-chairs for each conference can still choose what happens at their event for three research software conferences: the established Research Software Asia Australia (RSAA26) and the new Research Software Latinoamérica (RSLA26) and Research Software Africa (RSAfrica26)!
Think of Equersa as an umbrella organisation to coordinate conferences and provide a unified front to global funders and stakeholders.
We are now helping all three conferences raise awareness for their Call for Presentations.
